Hello Brittany-- yes! There are excellent marketing internships available here in the Burlington area as well as the other locations during the summer (i.e. NYC!). We have a very strong Center for Experiential Learning at SMC and students have a fantastic opportunity to secure an internship in any field they may be interested in pursuing!

Hello Nadine-- It's definitely a more challenging, fast paced program. They take a interdisciplinary approach to a variety of subjects and incorporate the arts as well as service into the curriculum! Hello Kenneth-- Luckily, there isn't a magic GPA where we accept or deny a student. Sometimes a student may have had a rough freshman and sophomore year, but improved their grades through their junior & senior years. In that case a student's GPA may not be that strong, but we can see that the student could be successful in our challenging academic environment. In addition to the GPA, we consider a student's test scores (if submitted), their extracurricular activities (both in and out of school) as well as the types of courses a student has taken. But to give you an idea, the average GPA for last year's class was 3.4 (included some valedictorians and some who had a rough start, but finished strong).
